Gravograph (2, 3, or 4 colours laminated)
Gravograph is a plastic laminate, which comes in a range of colours & varies in thickness up to 3mm. By altering the depth of cut you can expose a different colour of the laminate.
We can engrave company logos, designs, text and more, with over 35,000 types of fonts and a library of images to choose from. If required, our staff are happy to accommodate in the design stages as well - helping to choose the text and images that will reflect well on your chosen material.
To machine your components we do require a Vectored File such as eps, ai, cdr, dxf, dwg, igs & pdf (to name a few) to program our equipment.
We fill designs with black paint to enhance the text, logos, and pictures for vivid imagery and high-quality engraving on most metals.
Driven by CAD software that performs 2D cutting, we can cut these materials in virtually any shape and engrave text and logos.
Engraved Wood, MDF & Aluminium Composite Material can be engraved up to 2000 X 3660mm.
For the quoting process, all we require is a JPEG picture and or bitmap files so we can see the item that you wish to produce (although we do need dimensions),

Laser engraving machines are optimised to have a higher engraving quality. A fine, specific laser point, allows for specific, longer-lasting cuts.
Laser engraving takes substantially less time to produce a clear and vivid image than engraving by hand. In addition, laser engraving will be more consistent, making it the best choice for engraving the same design (logo, text, picture) onto multiple objects.
Laser engraving or etching with the right tools and machinery is permanent. A laser etched logo, text, or any other mark will be legible for a long time and we ensure that by using a black paint fill on many engravements to increase the durability.
P&M plastics laser engraving can be applied to plastic laminates that come in a wide variety of colours and shapes. By altering the depth of the cut, we can expose different colours of the laminate to create different looks and feel of engravings.
